Shipping & Returns
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2 - 3 business days after placing your order for processing. Bindi will contact you with a follow-up email.
If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
We hope that you love what you ordered from BINDI. But in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we want to make it easy for you to return or exchange your product.
Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.
Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. We will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Please note: "FINAL SALE" items will not be accepted for return/exchange.

How to Return Merchandise by Mail
Before mailing the item you wish to return please keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Form and original receipt or packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
- Complete the Return Merchandise Form
- Repack Merchandise
Package the merchandise in its original container, only if available. Enclose the completed Return Form and original receipt or packing slip. Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.

NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
Your credit will be processed and it should be reflected on your next credit card statement.
Unfortunately, BINDI does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
