Shipping & Returns
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
Orders do not ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2-3 business days after placing your order for processing. BINDU will contact you with a follow-up email.
If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
Returns
We hope that you love what you ordered from BINDU. But in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we want to make it easy for you to return or exchange your product.
Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition and the Returns Merchandise Form. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.
How to Return Merchandise by Mail
Before mailing the item you wish to return please keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Form and original receipt or packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we shipped them, we will arrange the refund against your credit/debit card. This refund will be done within 10 days of BINDU having received the returned goods. Your credit will be processed and it should be reflected on your next credit card statement. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, BINDU does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
International Shipping and Returns
Please note that any international duties and taxes are not refunded. If you are outside the USA please ensure to clearly state RETURNS as the reason for sending, and across all customs and duties paperwork. If you do not we may be charged duty which will be charged to you.
